Is it good for side sleepers?
Yes. The shoulder cutouts are made for side sleeping, and the shape also works on your back.
Will it feel too high or too firm?
The contour has two heights. The high side is 13 to 15 cm and the low side is 9.5 to 11.5 cm, so turn it around and try both. Give it a few nights.
What if I roll over?
The shape supports back and side positions, so you shouldn't need to adjust it.
Will it help with snoring?
This pillow is made for contoured neck and shoulder support. We haven't established that it reduces snoring.
I have sleep apnoea. Can I use it?
It isn't a replacement for prescribed treatment. If you use a CPAP, check with your clinician.
How do I care for it?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let it air dry fully before use.
