You have 60 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. If you're not happy with it for any reason, contact us at support@snoozeflex.com and we'll sort it out.
How to Return
Email us first at support@snoozeflex.com. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

To process your return, the item needs to be in its original condition and packaging, with your proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it. If 10 business days have passed and you haven't seen it, contact us at support@snoozeflex.com.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We'll make it right.
Exchanges
To exchange, return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
EU Customers
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason under EU consumer law. Same conditions apply: original condition, original packaging, proof of purchase.
